This week I reached a personal milestone!
Ever since I started Want for Wellness, I decided to pick quality over quantity. Instead of forcing a daily article from my hand, I decided to go with 2 or 3 (hopefully) great pieces of writing which are worth your time. After several months of research, writing and dedication, I wrote my 50th blogpost! Ironically it’s about a topic that has been occupying me for a while now: Meditation (and how to do it right). Curious? It’s called “Meditation tips for beginners (from one novice to another)“.
