Not so long ago I wrote an article in which mentioned my history as a blogger, where I remarked I actually used to create and publish healthy recipes. Although I tend to cook on the fly, I love getting my inspiration from the web, learning a lot about healthy cooking in te process! I’d like to share my favorite healthy food blogs with you, hoping they will inspire you as well.
Naturally Ella is an amazing resource if your interested in cooking natural and vegetarian food. What I like best about her site is that you can actually browse her database based on ingredients: This makes it extremely easy for me to get inspired based on the food I already got stocked!
Skinny taste belongs to my favorites with good reason. This bright and clear website caters to a wide audience, and even provides a handy recipe key so you can filter the content based on your dietary or seasonal preferences!
Cookie and Kate celebrate whole foods. Kate (short for Kathryne) cooks up the loveliest fresh and vegetarian recipes, while her dog Cookie catches the crumbs! I especially love her salad section, which is extremely diverse and mouthwatering!
Who wouldn’t want to visit a blog with a cute name like Two peas and their pod! Although this website isn’t primarily focused on extremely healthy recipes, they do focus on being fresh and family-friendly. They also offer weekly meal plans, which have been an inspiration when I started learning the dynamic of food prepping!
And last but not least, The Picky Eater is run by Anjali, who believes eating good food will help you transform your way to a healthier, happier life. I landed on her blog when I saved one of her soup recipes (spicy lentil, hmmm!), and have returned when I was looking for diverse and healthy food inspiration!
