A couple of national holidays really allowed me to get things done! We welcomed our new pets with open arms, I finished a 30-day challenge (which ended up being a lot harder than I thought) and I already got plans to start a new one. All in this week’ s Weekly Wellness!
Remember my plans to build a chicken coop? I managed to get that done last week, and we got ourselves a pair of chickens too! Since I had some days off to get acquainted and to make them tamer by hand-feeding them. You should have seen my face when I found an egg in their pen!
Despite writing an article about the benefits of unplugging those headphones once in a while (which will be published tomorrow) I listened to the entire Miracle Morning audio book, by Hal Elrod. Now that was rather inspiring! I’m planning to start my own Miracle Morning challenge soon, so stay tuned!
Speaking of challenges: I finished Brian Tracy’s Positive Affirmation challenge last wednesday. I would love to say it was easy as pie, but I got to admit it wasn’t! I took the liberty of writing down what I learned in the challenge report.
